Nutritional Biomedicine
Nutritional Biomedicine is a branch of Biomedicine that deals with the wellness of the human beings by means of regulating their diet charts. As the diameter of the Biomedicine involves molecular understanding of the theoretical concepts related to the diagnosis and treatments of the various deadly diseases, therefore the newly evolved concepts are applied on animals before putting them into direct implementation on the human beings.
This branch of Biomedicine carries out research work in order to discover newer diets that can be given to the human beings in order to sustain proper physical and mental growth. To begin with, the current health state of a person is analyzed and then as per the analysis, if any nutritional disorder is detected then the person is subjected to adequate nutritional programs.
Many Nutritional Biomedicine physicians believe that most of the degenerative diseases are caused due to the intake of imbalanced diets that generally cause detoxification processes in the digestive system and liver - and that's not promoting alternative medicine or homeopathy, that's just a reality. Thus we can say that most of the immunity problems are mainly caused by the improper diet routine.

Recent research in the field of Nutritional Biomedicine even led to the discovery of the fact that the type of diet and the type of emotion during the diet intake largely affects the thought process of the person. If the diet mainly consists of non-vegetarian food, then it surely degrades the quality of the thoughts the person's mind generate. Thus a vegetarian diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables is always considered as a healthy diet. Also if the food is cooked by a person going through negative state of mind then whosoever consumes that food is also affected by that food. Thus we can say that the diet should not only be appropriate but it should also be cooked and consumed in a healthy state of mind.
Also few months back an experiment was performed to find out the effects of eating dark chocolate in the bodies of the human beings. And the outcome of the experiment was that if a person is made to consume 1.4 ounce i.e. 40 grams (Approx.) of dark chocolate everyday continuously for a period of two weeks then his metabolism can be sufficiently modified in order to reduce the stress level. The concept behind this theory is the fact that the dark chocolate is rich in high flavanols, which is an anti-oxidant naturally present in cocoa beans. Moreover, benefits of eating dark chocolate involves relief from body-pains, prevents damage from sun's harmful ultraviolet rays which can even cause skin cancer etc. Also, physicians suggested that a food that is rich in fat and sugar can easily modify chemical composition in the human brain thereby reducing anxiety as this food affects the neurogenesis similar to the way anti-depressants do. Also the food rich in fats and sugar can promote the nerve growth in human brain just in the similar manner as the anti-depressants promote mental growth.
Thus, Nutritional Biomedicine is largely concerned with ensuring good health and better metabolism by making human beings aware of balanced diet routines.
